The Map of Consciousness was introduced by Dr. David R. Hawkins in his 1995 book, "Power vs. Force: The Hidden Determinants of Human Behavior." The map shows the different levels of human consciousness, ranging from low vibrational levels associated with negative emotions like shame and guilt to high vibrational levels associated with positive emotions like love and joy.

Everything in the universe has an energy field, either positive or negative, which can be measured with the Map of Consciousness. When we refer to a person's level of consciousness (LOC), we are referring to their energy field. Each LOC is associated with a numerical value on a scale from 0 to 1000. A person with a LOC at 200 or higher has integrity, while those who are below 200 do not. At the lower end of the scale, the LOC associated with shame has a value of 20, while at the highest end of the scale, the LOC associated with full enlightenment has a value of 1000 (Jesus was at 1000). The level of 540 is a spiritual state known as unconditional love (The original version of the Map that appeared in Power vs. Force referred to this level as Joy, but Hawkins in later books changed it to unconditional love as this is a more accurate description. Unfortunately, most versions of the Map that appear online are based on Power vs. Force and thus list it as Joy). A person who reaches 540 has attained true salvation, the ultimate goal of Christianity. But this is extremely rare as approximately 85% of the world’s population is below 200. Those who are at 200 or higher will go to heaven when they die, while those below 200 will go to hell. God does not condemn any of us to hell. Ultimately, we decide our own fate as each of us can move up the scale through personal growth and spiritual development. Unfortunately, this rarely happens. It often takes multiple lifetimes for someone to reach a higher LOC. (Yes, reincarnation is real.)

The good news is that Holy Christianity offers new tools and methods that can allow one to move higher at a much-accelerated pace. These tools and methods are outlined in detail in the book Christianity 2.0.

Dr. David R. Hawkins.
David Hawkins used kinesiology (muscle testing) as a way to do research in the non-linear domain and was able to answer many questions about spiritual truth. Without question, his work and research provided much of the foundation that Holy Christianity rests upon.

This video explains how muscle testing works.
As shown in the video, Hawkins did muscle testing using a two-person method. However, some people use the O-ring method which only requires a single person. First, one presses the tips of the thumb and middle finger together on the left hand to form a ring. Then a statement is said, and the thumb and forefinger from the right hand are quickly (within the span of a second) used to try to break the ring apart. If the two fingers forming the ring hold strong, the statement is true. If they go weak and the ring breaks apart, the statement is false.

As simple as it sounds, it is difficult to do. And only people with integrity (a level of consciousness at 200 or higher) can do the test. This means that 85% of the population is disqualified from the outset.
